Custom Designs Start With You!
Your experience begins with an initial meeting to share your vision. Patrick will then create preliminary plans. A review will be conducted after each revision to ensure you are happy with the product. After final approval, a complete set of building plans* including floor plans, elevations, section details, electrical, and perspectives will be presented. The project is complete when you are completely satisfied.
Most meetings are accomplished through phone, email and Zoom. In-person contact is common for remodel projects.
*Every municipality has it’s own code requirements. It is the homeowner’s and/or builder’s responsibility to obtain the proper permits to build.
